Juan Morales is a United States Marine Corps veteran with 12 years of honorable service, a retired law enforcement detective, and the proud owner of Optimal Homes Solutions. His path to founding the company is rooted in decades of service, discipline, and craftsmanship. After leaving the Marine Corps, Juan returned to his early roots in construction before serving his community in law enforcement. Upon retiring, he found his way back to his passion for building and restoring homes.
With a deep understanding of renovations, restoration, and fine woodworking, Juan leads the business with integrity, precision, and a relentless work ethic. He has successfully run a restoration company and now uses that expertise to help families bring their vision of the perfect home to life. As a husband of 19 years and a father of three, Juan is committed to balancing family, service, and business with the same dedication and resilience that have defined every chapter of his life.

Michael’s journey began in childhood, learning to repair and build alongside his father. At 18, he joined the local carpenters' union, gaining professional training and foundational skills. After a layoff, he partnered with a friend to continue building until their paths eventually separated. To support his growing family, Michael transitioned into corporate sales but continued taking side jobs to stay connected to his craft.
A turning point came one morning when his car broke down. As he waited for a tow truck, he realized he had enough side work lined up to take a leap of faith. That moment sparked eight years of running his own business, where he developed a reputation for quality work and reliability. Although life circumstances led to the company’s closure, Michael’s dedication to craftsmanship never faded.

Tim Davison is a United States Marine Corps veteran and an essential part of the Optimal Homes Solutions team. With a strong background in construction, Tim’s journey began working alongside his father, where he developed a solid foundation in framing, roofing, and general building. He later worked for the Town of Poughkeepsie, but as politics began to outweigh purpose, Tim chose to return to what mattered most: family, craftsmanship, and meaningful work. He joined his brother-in-law Juan in the family business, where his values and work ethic found their natural home.
Known for his drive to get the job done right, Tim brings speed, efficiency, and integrity to every project. He takes pride in ensuring that each client is not only satisfied but genuinely impressed by the results.
